High School weight rooms are the beginning of great athletic team culture. The Eastwood Troopers are equipped with five Flex-Series Half Racks and six Flex-Series Double Sided Racks providing them 17 total lifting stations, that is enough to have 34-51 athletes training at a station at one time. There are four free standing Lat-Row Combo machines attached to the horizontal links along the Half Rack wall. One lone Flex-Rack Series Functional Training Rack (FTR) that anchors the Double Sided Racks with two Hi-Low Cable Columns in the middle of the room. Jammer Arms are featured on the Half Racks. Custom Team Branding throughout the room with team colors and graphics. Combo Benches with Vertical Storage and Glute Ham Reverse HyperExtension Combo Benches round out benches for the Troopers. The Eastwood Strength Staff choose to equip the room with 5-90lb Commercial Series PowerBlocks. This room is located in West Texas in the town of El Paso.
