Demons Have Three Flex-Rack Functional Training Rack (FTR) Stations and Seven Double-sided Flex-Rack stations Giving Them 17 Total Lifting Stations for Their Athletes.

The Jaguars Have a Total of 12 Lifting Stations, Two Fully Adjustable Cable Columns and Two Lat-Row Combo Machines.
