In this episode, we chat with Gio Grassi, who is an Assistant Strength Coach at Monmouth University in New Jersey. Gio takes us through his story as someone who struggled in high school to finding his passion in sport performance and earning a masters degree in his pursuits of becoming a coach. He dives deep into his thoughts and experiences with Polar HR data and how he is using it to create dialogue with the coaches he is working with, in addition to the relationships he has established with the players and coaches.
