Scott McWilliams, Assistant Director of Athletic Performance for Baseball and Wrestling at the University of Minnesota, joins the Samson Strength Coach Collective to talk through the realities of developing wrestlers in the Big Ten and building durable relationships with the athletes he coaches.
In this episode, McWilliams discusses how his coaching principles have changed since he entered the profession, what he has learned from working across baseball and wrestling, and why strong personal connections matter inside a high-performance training environment.
