We use 1-5/16” diameter posts instead of the standard 1”, giving you more strength and better stability inside the rack. The oversized post design creates a tighter fit and longer-lasting performance, no matter how many reps or how many athletes load up the bar.

Each J-Cup is lined with ½” thick cross-linked UHMW—a material that’s impact-resistant, moisture-resistant, and designed to absorb contact without damaging your barbell knurling or rack finish. This isn’t cheap plastic. It’s the same industrial-grade material used in high-abuse environments. We’ve made it modular, so if it ever wears out, you can replace it without replacing the whole unit.
