Selectorized weight system incorporates steel weight stack constructed of cold rolled solid 1" thick unbreakable steel plates guided by (2) 1" diameter solid round precision ground, industrial chrome Rockwell 70 finish guide rods and 7x19 ¼" galvanized nylon coated aircraft cable, with precision tension system; one 150 lb. weight stack with Ball-Lok selector pin; provides resistance for anterior flexion, posterior extension and lateral contraction; seat is easily adjusted with spring-loaded knob; cam rotates on nice DS 1630 precision ground sealed ball bearings; constructed of 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" x .188 sq. steel tubing; uses Efson 4 ½" precision ball bearing pulleys; all adjustable parts to be made of type 304 stainless steel (with a 400 grit finish) with numbered window system; two head pads using 12# density neoprene covered with heavy 40 oz. expanded vinyl; all flat welds are polished to a smooth finish.
