Selectorized weight system incorporates steel weight stack guided by (2) 1" diameter solid round precision ground industrial chrome finish Rockwell 70c guide rods and 7x19 galvanized steel cable, 3/16" diameter coated with nylon to 1/4" diameter aircraft cable with Powerline 4 ½" diameter ball bearing pulley; supplied D-Ring handle, machine curl bar, or leather anklet can attach to a pulley carriage that can be adjusted vertically in multiple settings on a chrome or a polished type 304 stainless steel tube by a spring loaded plunger pin; 250 lb. weight stack with ball detent selector pin; constructed of 2 ½" x 2 ½" x .188 sq. steel tubing; all flat welds are polished to a smooth finish.
